UNDERSTANDING THE EXPERIENCE OF BENEFICIARIES AND DEVISING WAYS TO IMPROVE THEIR EXPERIENCE IN THE SECTOR; 3. THE PROMOTION OF PRACTICAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PROVISION OF HEALTH AND CARE INCLUDING SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING INNOVATION; 4.
