**Objects:** TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOSPITAL AND OTHER INVALIDS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED,INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** To support the work of Wigton Hospital by means of voluntary service.To raise funds and to invite and receive contributions from any person or organisation and provide these for the purpose of supplementing equipment, facilities and amenities in such manner as the Friends, in consultation with the staff of Wigton Hospital, consider necessary.
