Parents continue to discuss the improvements the children have made since being with us. The preschool in General We run a community preschool in the heart of Manley and offer provision to children Aged 2-11years due to the wrap around care. Over the years we have continued to provide children with a lovely place to learn and play, while providing excellent childcare. Business is growing all the tirrE by word of mouth. which is a great advertisement. Provision has increas&J in both the preschool and the wra. around care. We continue to provide pick up and drop off to Both the Alvanley and Manley school sites this service is proving valuable as more and more access the provision due to increased working houft5.

Benefits to the local community The preschool is run by dedicated parents and the local community. Without this continued support the preschool could not continue to provide the excellent cover. The wrap around care provides a must needed extension to the parents hours which in turns help with commuting. We also see some of our preschoolers working their way through school at joint events and on to high school, when the return to us doing work experience. Treasurer Report We are now increasing our prices yearly, while trying to remain competitive with other preschool and nursery's. We have again got a profit all be it small, but it shows we are continuing in the right direction. Parents generally are paying on time, while some are struggling, we do our best to support them while trying to provide a continued service. Some parents have taken up the 2year working parents funding which has been beneficial to them. While other parents pay due to using two provisions, placing the funding at the higher priced nursery. Leaders Report The preschool is continuing to provide an excellent service in both provisions Preschool and wrap around care. Staff remain loyal and therefore excellent service is continued throughout. Our reputation proceeds us which is great, while providing valuable care for all the children so parents feel safe leaving them with us.
