We deploy a key person approach to ensure the progress and well-being of individual children. We accurately assess our children and develop positive relationships with our families. We value all children as individuals, we celebrate diversity, and we help the children in our care to be happy and healthy. We have policies and procedures in place for all aspects of our work including safeguarding, child protection and health and safety.

We are pleased to have completed a further academic year. Our current OFSTED grading is “Good”. Our staff is our most valuable asset, and we remain fortunate to have retained a well-trained team of able and enthusiastic practitioners. We have delivered high quality education to the children attending our setting. We are pleased to have been able to remain financially stable. We saw the number of children on our roll fall, in the main as a result of more parents electing to access early years education beyond the 15 funded hours.
