A huge thank you &8 alway8 to Jo Sibley
and her amazing team for expertly
pr()viding a 4afe and nurturing educational
environment f()r our childTen over the past
year. Ofqled conducted its mutine
in8r￿ctIon of pre￿h0O1 in June of thi8
yeRr and the glowing re￿ and fant&8tic
ratin8 which followed is thoroughly
deqerved and is reflective of their
commitment and dedication to providing
excellent early years educalion.
Andrea Bristow continues lo do a fanl&8tic
job in her role as Finance OtTicer, and we
have finished the year in a strong fmancial
)sition which is really p)sitivc.
Fundraising continues to be high on the
Committee's agenda and in a Change of
forniat we put on a hugely success￿1
silent disco fundraising event in March
this year. Thank you to V/himple Cricket
Club for hosting our event and to
everyone who attended and helped make
it happen. A huge thank you must also go
to those who took part in the Three Peaks
Challenge tbis year

their committee roles this year and we

Preschool and onto the Committee. we

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
arxounts in accordan￿ wilh the requirements ofthe Charities Act 2011
('th8 Act'i,
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.

examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ') which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in arxordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounling records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set oul in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'lrue and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in Connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in Ihis report in
