U3A'S ARE DEMOCRATIC SELF FUNDED & SELF MANAGED ORGANISATIONS, THEY DRAW UPON THE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS OF THEIR MEMBERS TO ORGANISE INTEREST GROUPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
