We aim to enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age and prepare them for their first years in compulsory education. **TAR** March **2012** 2 Objectives are achieved by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups by: 1. Offering appropriate play facilities, together with the right of the parents to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of such groups, ensuring that such groups offer opportunities for all children, regardless of race, culture, religion or means; **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** 2. Encouraging the study of the needs of such children and their families promoting public interest in and recognition of such needs in the local areas; 3.
