**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL WELLBEING WITHIN WEST NORFOLK IN ASSOCIATION WITH OTHER VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES AND THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THOSE DISADVANTAGED BY MENTAL DISTRESS OR LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.

**Activities:** Our services include the provision of support to people experiencing mental or emotional distress by: the provision of relaxing places for service users to develop confidence;  and varied accommodation, gardening and other projects, employment support and carer support; also outreach work. All activities are achieved in partnership with service users, the local community and other organisations.
