**Objects:** (1) IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE SERVING OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT OR ARE FORMER MEMBERS OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY WAY OF GRANTS DONATIONS OR PERIODICAL PAYMENTS OR IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE MANAGING TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. (2) IN RELIEVING PERSONS WHO ARE FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN WHO ARE SICK CONVALESCENT DISABLED HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM BY MAKING GRANTS OF DONATIONS TO OTHER SERVICES CHARITIES OR SERVICE HOSPITALS WHICH INCLUDE IN THEIR OBJECTS SUCH RELIEF OF PERSONS OR IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE MANAGING TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT

**Activities:** To help former members of the Royal Regiment of Wales and their wives, widows, children or dependants who are in need of help.The fund may also make donations to the funds of other Service  Charities and make subscriptions to hospitals etc, which look after servicement or ex-servicemen.
