l ￿port lo the trustees on my examination ofthe accounts ofthe above charity (￿he Trust") for the
year ended 31 August 2025
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried OLrt under sectton 145 (fi the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I CA)nfirm that no material matters have cnme to my attent40n in
connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no Cor7￿MS and have come across no ther matters tn connection wth the examinaion to
which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.

TRUSTEES, ANNUAL REPORT
For the Year Ended 31 August 2025
Busy Bees Pre-school is a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and are governed by their constitution.
Trustees are elected by the members of the pre-school at their Annual General Meetin&
Objertlves
The objectives of the pre-school are to enhance the development and education of children under statutory
school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through
community groups, to create a safe and caring environment and preparing children for the transition to
school.
We provide sessional care for children between the age of 2 and 5 years, working within the framework of
the EYFS and are regulated by Ofsted. We welcome alj children within the age range regardless of personal
circumstances, gender, faith, cultural background and ability.
