The term5 of the Charitable Trusl Deed of I￿ February 1994 provide that the income of the
Charity Is expended on such chantable objects arK* purpose5 a5 the Rotsry Club of Seaford
from time to time dlrects. t￿rIng the year a total 01 £19,899.34 was expended from
unrestr￿￿ funds leavirKq an excess of payments over receyts for the year of £9.052.72.

the dOr￿Y5 amounted to £8,￿.04 leavin8 net payments of £172.03. After allowlng for a
transfer from Unrestricted Funds of £l.000.(Kl and the balance Ixou8ht f¢)rward of
£7.119.6L the balance at 3tr' June 2024 amounts to £7,947.58.
The Trustees are of the opinion that the funds held at the end of financlal year are
reasonable amount to carry forward to the followirKq year to pay for ccrnitted
projects.
