|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a whole.|Para 1.20||The total income generated from various<br>fundraising activities throughout the school<br>year was £37,918.31 (plus donations from<br>external of £701.29, £120.55 from<br>easyfundraising and money movement of<br>£1,831.<br>**Total Income of £40,571.15**<br>With expenditure of £10,027.59 (Plus<br>donations to school of £26,642.33, plus<br>money movement between accounts of<br>£1,831 and PTA running costs of £794.48<br>(£198 Justgiving subs, £162 parentkind subs<br>and £360 for the new pta system.<br>**Total Expenditure of £39,295.40**<br>These events included some old familiars<br>such as film nights, Mother and Fathers day<br>stalls, Summer and Xmas discos and the<br>introduction of new events such Tea Towels<br>and the biggest event of year the Triathlon.<br>**Overall fundraising events have generated**<br>**a profit of £27,893.66**<br>_"The PTA is committed to make donations of_<br>_£6,000 to the school each year, which help_<br>_towards the cost of coaches for school trips_<br>_and ingredients for the food technology_<br>_lessons._<br>We continued with our traditional gifts to the<br>children of Christmas Crackers and Easter<br>Treats as well as a special treat this year<br>covering the cost of reindeers visiting the<br>school.|



**Our total donation to the school this year ending July 2024 was £26,642.33** funded through the current years fund raising efforts and through use of the funds raised in the previous year. This included a donation of £15,000 towards new play equipment, £3,750 towards new laptops and £1,392.35 towards new books Running costs of **£794.48** were incurred, which included admin expenses, lottery License, Just Giving fees, Film night license. and PTA software

||I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out||
||under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I||
