Minutes of the Meeting of the Trustees on 2[nd] January 2024

- 1) The minutes of the meeting held on 19[th] January 2023 were approved 

- 2) There were no matters arising 

- 3) Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2022 

The accounts for the year ended June 30th 2023, which had been approved by the Club at a 

Special General meeting on 12th December 2023, were tabled and approved as being a true 

and accurate record of the affairs of the charity. A copy of the Trust’s accounts will be 

lodged with the Charity Commissioners. 

## 4) Reportable Serious Incidents 

During the 12 months to 30th June 2023 there had been no incidents that caused serious loss 

of funds, or matters that posed a serious threat to the charity’s beneficiaries or to its 

reputation. 

## 5) Change to Trustees 

Following the changes in Club officers one new Trustee was nominated Diana White (President Elect for next year),  Kevan Taylor resigned as a Trustee and was thanked for his work on the Trust.
