**ROTARY CLUB OF THE NORTH COTSWOLDS TRUST FUND** Register Charity No 1033739 ## **Minutes of the Meeting of the Trustees on 19[th] January 2023 at** ## **Brio Beechwood Park, Stow-on-the-Wold** ## Present: Kevan Taylor (Chair) Steve Whincup (Past President) Peter Boxall (Secretary) David Goodwin (Treasurer) ## **Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2022** The accounts for the year ended June 30th 2022, which had been approved by the Club at a Special General meeting on 20th December 2022, were tabled and approved as being a true and accurate record of the affairs of the charity. A copy of the Trust’s accounts will be lodged with the Charity Commissioners. ## **Reportable Serious Incidents** During the 12 months to 30th June 2021 there had been no incidents that caused serious loss of funds, or matters that posed a serious threat to the charity’s beneficiaries or to its reputation. ## **Change of Trustees** **F** ollowing the changes in Club officers two new Trustee were nominated Steve Smith (President Elect for next year) and John Fennell (Treasurer Elect for next year). Steve Smith will take over as Chair, as President Elect for next year and Steve Whincup resigned as a Trustee and was thanked for his work on the Trust.
