**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF DAY CARE FACILITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF UPPER STUDLEY AND DISTRICT OF TROWBRIDGE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASONS OF THEIR AGE AND/OR INFIRMITY.

**Activities:** To provide an enjoyable social environment with ample support and transport from home to centre and return arranged. To provide a hot meal - main course and pudding and a variety of afternoon activities. Christmas party and Christmas meal arranged. Also at least two outings a year by coach and with a meal out to seaside or other places of interest.
