Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

The committee have maintained the aims and objectives of the PreSchool and its financial viability through fundraising, careful management and team work.

A review of all management policies and procedures has been undertaken by the Committee in 2016 to comply with new Government standards. Trustees have also undertaken Norfolk County Council training for their respective roles.

All policies are reviewed on a yearly basis by preschool supervisor and the committee trustees.

On the 27[th] November 2017 we were inspected by Ofsted and received a good overall rating.

From March 2020 the UK went into a national wide lockdown. The preschool closed completely from March until June. After which, the preschool opened to children of key workers following government guidance.

This continued until the end of the summer term.

Due to Covid restrictions all fundraising stopped and committee meetings were halted.
