I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
harity {'the Trust") for the year ended
July 2U.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out

## **Trustee Annual report for the year ended 31 July 2025** 

## **Registered address and Trustees** 

Trustees during the year were Denise Molyneux (Chair) and Judith Whittaker (Treasurer).  After the end of the year the Chair of Trustees was changed and Charles King was appointed at the Annual General Meeting. 

The registered address during the year was 32 Cottington Court, Sidmouth, EX10 8HD 

## **Structure** 

The Society has a committee which meets regularly and includes other non-Trustee members including a Secretary.  Trustees are recruited by advertisement to the choir and by interview of those interested. 

## **Activities** 

The choir put on two public concerts during the year which were well attended.  Membership remained strong.
