**Objects:** TO OR FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND NEEDY OR TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE, INSTITUTION, SOCIETY OR OBJECT AS THE CLUB SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

**Activities:** A planned major fund raising event had to be cancelled at very short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.  This meant income for the year was greatly reduced.  Income came from smaller events, e.g. Burns' Night.  At the beginning of the year the fund was high as distribution of grants had not taken place from an event at the end of the previous financial year.
