Type of governing document
Cat Call was registered as a charity on 26th January 1994. The rules of How the charity is constituted Cat Call were adopted on 18th October 1993 to govern the charity. Its (eg. trust, association, company) Trustees meet regularly to manage its affairs and determine policy, which is implemented by the Trustees, assisted by volunteers. Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
Cat Call is the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill and Battle area "Lost and Found" Cat Register putting lost cats and kittens back in touch with their families, it maintains a register and proactively liaises with other charities and agencies to reunite lost and found cats with their owners. Additionally its experienced team provides help to cats in need in the community and advice on all cat and kitten related problems.
