Our aims and objertives are to meet the needs of the families and children whom attend
the playgroup. We achieve this by planning actiwties to meet the needs of the individual. to
allow 3 child to develop at a rate that ts appropriate to that child. All thildren aged between
2 and S years can access the settin& wthout discrimination. We provide support and
guidance for parents and carers and artively enccwra8e them to come into pSaygroup to play
with the children, talk with stsff or take a more attive part and join the committee.
We strive to provide a safe, stimulatin8 and interesting environn*nt, where thildren can
explore, by prowding good quality equipment and experien￿5. To achieve this, stsff
regularly update their training and hold the appropriate qualifications or higher. We
re8ularly check our equipment and U￿￿ate wt or buy new when needed and when funds are
available.
The fundraising this year has allowed us to again replenish our puzzles, painting and craft
a￿a. Fundraising was very limited due to the restrictions. However we were able to hold
some raffles and sponsored walks. which has allowed us to provide the children with
Christmas party and a day trip.
Both the Trustees and the Committee tske an artive part in the running of the group. The
Trustees confinn that they have complied with the duty in sertion 4 of the Charities Att
21x16 and have due regard to public benefit.
