I report on the accounts of the Spalding & District Young Farmers Club for the year ended 4 April 2024, which
are set out on pages 3 to 7.

The ¢harty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charlty's trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year (under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent
examlnatlon Is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
1) examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Act);
2) to follthy the procedur88 laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners {under section
145{5)(b) of the 2011 Act),. and
3) to stste whether particular matters have corne to my attention.

My examination was carried out In accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commi$$ioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charty and
comparison of the aGcount8 presented with those records. It also indudes conslderatlon of any unusual
items or di8cIo8ur8s in the accounts, and seeklng explanations from you as trustees concerning any
Such matters. The procedure8 undertaken do Th)t provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit, and consequently I do not expre88 an opinion on the view glven by tho a¢¢ount8.
Ind•pendont oxamlnerfs statement
In connection wlth my examlnation, no matter has come to my attention:
(1) which gives me reasonable cause lo believe that in any material respect, the requirements
(a) to keep accounting records in accordance vlith section 130 of the 2011 Act.. and
(b) to prepare accounts which accord wtth the accounting records and to comply with the
accounting requirements of the 2011 Act
have not been met.
(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to 8nabl• a propor under$tanding of tho
