## **- TRUSTEES REPORT 2022 23** Charity Name: Forden Pre-School Playgroup Association Charity Number: 1031663 Address: The Community Centre, Forden, Welshpool, Powys SY21 8NE The Charity is a committee run pre-school operating education sessions which are approved for Powys 3+ funding. We are very proud of how our management and staff have managed to adapt and comply with the various covid restrictions and challenges over the last few years. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charitys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Chaiities Acl 2011 (Yhe Act.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145151{b) of the Act.
