To actively promote and support Christian Distinctsveness through developing high quality teaching and learning,
leadership and effective 9ovemance of our Church schools.
To provKle focu5sed support for School effectiveness in order that our Church schools are judged good or better
or J1 in both the OFSTED and SIAMS inspo¢tion framework$.
To improve the quality of18achin9 and l&aming of Religious Educabon in Church primary schools sharing best
practi￿ and offering professional development opportunities for all teaching staff in Church primary Schools.
To develop effective Strategic partnerships with LKal Aulhonlies, Teaching S¢hools Alliances, Mulli Academy
Trusts and other key stakeholders ensuring that every Church school 1$ part of an infomial, fornal or slru¢tural
collaboration which supports their Christian Distinctiveness, school effectiveness and sustainablè future.
To ensufè the good stewardship and effective deployment of Ihe Board of Edu¢ation's resources, lo ensure
its sustainabl• fulure and abilty to deliver its triennial aims and key priorities.
