**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS

**Activities:** The playgroup provides a childcare facility and aims to educate Pre-School children through play. They teach children basic numeracy, colours and to recognise their names in preperation for starting school. It is a fun environment with activities such as painting, play dough, pretend play etc. Celebrations throughout the year(Christmas, Easter etc) activities include making cards, decorations etc.
