The Charity is governed by a Constitution. It is a committee made up of representatives from the local community and parents. The Trustees are elected at the Annual General meeting. It is run under Pre School Learning Alliance Guidelines and is Ofsted inspected. |

The Charity aims to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where the children can: • Play, learn and enjoy themselves • Develop independence, communication skills and the ability to concentrate • Learn to co-operate with adults and other children • Take pleasure in new experiences • Build self-confidence It also offers children and parents a service that promotes equality and values diversity |

The Trustees oversee the running of the pre-school ensuring the managers adhere to all policies and procedures in line with EYFS statutory framework. They ensure policies are kept up to date and are reviewed regularly. Support the managers with staff recruitment. Oversee the finances, making decisions for large purchases. |

The pre-school continues to provide a safe and engaging space for children to develop and learn new skills. We have maintained and Ofsted grading of ‘Good’ in our most recent inspection in May 2025. We support our families in a range of ways eg signposting to outside agencies for support if required. We offer advice and guidance to parents/carers to support with their children’s learning and development |
