**Objects:** 1)TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THORPE HAMLET AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 2)TO SUPPORT PILLING PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE, AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** As a Trustee Body for the Pilling Park Community Association we work closely with the needs and voices of the local community and beyond. The centre is for local groups and runs activites for all ages. The centre is developing as a multi- use, safe family friendly centre. Development work is planned by the trustees and they seek funds to continue to to enhance the centre and make it sustainable.
