was Iransforrned into a Food Hub Ihal provided rnuch more than weekly food boxes. The leam and many commilled volunieers worked
hard lo keep a ¢onne¢iion with some of Ihe mosl isolated and vulnerable residenis in our communily, feathing many who we didnl
have links with prfor lo the pandemlc.

The Childreii's Fund is lo provide educalion and atlivilies for childrén during lertTr lime aller school and during school

The Youth Club Fund Is la prowde education 3nd acliwlies for young people.
Stay Well Live Well Fund.. WoTking wrylh Oclopvs Communities and 1sling1on-bas￿ Communlly Hubs, we have launched
phase 2 of lh6 Slay Well Llve Well project providing communily aclivilies promo￿.￿9 health and wellbeing. supporfing
residents affected by food insecurily and growing our food hub.
The Covid Response Fund is focussed on supporting vulnérable resldEnts who to 5hleld and were isolated. The
support was provided by Ihe Elizabeth Housg (who had to suspend ils regulare services) and by a team of Community
Organi5ers v4ho were reuuiled for this purpose.
Thè Fo(sd Hub Fund Is a comprehensive support service for isolated residents and those affected by food insecurily. The
service begall when Ihe first lockdo￿ was announcad and was supported by 100 volunteers, Elizabeth House provided
weaklyfood packages and cooked tneals la hund￿d5 of residents e8ch week for Ihe duration of the pandemic.
