Structure, Governance and Management
The Charity operates under the rules of its constitution adopted 23

September 1993 and amended 3 December 2019.
The committee elected at the Annual General Meeting are responsible for
the management of the charity.
Objectives and Activities
The aims of the Pre-SchooL are to enhance the development and education
of children under statutory schooL age by encouraging parents to
understand and provide for the needs of their children by offering
appropriate pLay, education and care facilities, family Learning and
extended hours groups, together with the right of parents to take
responsibility for and to become invoLved in the activities of such groups,

ensuring that such groups offer opportunities for all children whatever their
race, culture, religion, means or abiLity.
This encourages the study of the needs of such children and their families
and promoting public interest in and recognition of such needs in the local
area.
We Instigate and adhere to and further the aims and objects of the Pre-
School Learning Alliance.
Achievements and Performance
The number of children on rolL was very good and in higher than the
previous year. The Pre-school continued to fLourish.
The Pre-school has continued to invest in indoor and outdoor resources
and opportunities.
Staff ing:
During the year staff have stayed committed, we have recruited one
another member of staff due to consistentLy high numbers of children on
roll,
FundraisinglDonations:
There has been fundraising income received from Sponsored runs,
Christmas/Sumrner Fairs and raffLe and photograph commission.
Donations have been received from East Drayton Constabulary and a
generous donation from a parent.
This has been used to purchase various toys and equipment for the
children to use and general upkeep and improvements.
Policy on reserves
The Charity holds cash in the bank to cover expected costs for three
months. This is reviewed reguLarly at committee meetings.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31
August 2024.
ResponsibiLities and basis report
As the charity's trustees. You are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying out my examination. I have followed all the applicable directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examlner's statement
I have completed by examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
1) Accounting recordswere not kept in respect otthe Charity as required by section 130 of the
Act; or
2) The accounts do not accord with those records: or
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this reportto enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
