**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS.

**Activities:** The charity provides affordable pre-school education for 25 children, 4 mornings a week,with most children being funded by Harrow Council.    Its objectives are to enhance the development and education of children under statutory schoolage by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children throughcommunity groups.
