ROTARY CLUB OF LODDON VALE 1185- DISTRICT 1090 Treasurerfs Annual Report 2023/2024 Hello Fellow Rotarians I have pleasure in submitting for approval to the Trustees and Members a copy th of the Income & Expenditure Report for the Rotaryyear ending 30 June 2024 together with a copy of the Auditors Annual report and recommendations on the state of our accounts as per the year identified above and comment of the Treasurer. My comments in respect of the attached are as follows:_ Bank Accounts As can be seen from the Statement of Income & Expenditure all our accounts are in a healthy situation. During the year we donated more than £21,500 to worthy causes most of this {85%1 to local causes, with smaller amounts to national and international charities. The club has four bank accounts.. CAF Nol General Account CAF No2 Charity Account CAF Gold Reserve Natwest Special Events Charity Account. th These all balanced at close of business 30 June 2024 I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rtn Chris Ashworth for his time and diligence in completing the audit and to the Membership for their support throughout the 202312024 Rotary year. They include opening balances as at 01.07.23 but these have been deducted where necessary to show net income/expenditure for the year.
