The Jericho Community Association (JCA) is the residents' organization for the inhabitants of Jericho, a district of Jericho in the centre of Oxford. The principal activity is to manage the Jericho Community Centre and to raise funds for the establishment of a new centre. The JCA also organizes a number of community activities, including the annual Jericho Street Fair.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Jericho, As Defined By The Boundary Of The Parish Of St Barnabas And St Paul, And Also The Inhabitants Of The Immediate Neighbourhood, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Nationality, Age, Disability, Race Or Of Political, Religious Of Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Statutory Authorities In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. B) To Establish A Community Centre C) To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determined
