I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you a￿ responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {'Ihe Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confi￿￿ that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records

Related Parties
The charity is one of three charities set up by the Worshipful Company of
Tylers and Bricklayers ("the CompanK). As such, the Trustees are, from
time to time, guided by the Court of the Company.

The objects of the charitable trust are to support charities of all types as
directed by The Company and the Trustees. Primarily, the charrty is
funded by donations from members of The Company.

totalled £26,249 giving rise to a net surplus of £18,335.
