Objectives & Activities
The objectives of th¢ Trust reinain those set OLIt in the ori&yiiial TrLisi deed and reprodLiced within the
General Information scction ot. this TrLlStees Repoit & Accounts. Tlie Trustees have had due regyard to tlie
Charity Coininission's gu idance on piibl ic benefit,
Donations totallingy £15.810 (2022 £4,314) were received f'rom a nLiirber of benefactors.
Wliere donations were Inade undei. the Gift Aid scheine the TrLlStees have made a claim for the recovery
ot. iiicome tax paid by the benefactors. Duringy 2023, an amoLint ot"£6,759 was received in relation to 2023
and prior year claiins.
Gitls totallin￿J £19,820 (2022 £20,295) wei'e Inade to eligible people duringj the year. Loans of £35,643
were outstanding at year-end.
The TrLlStees will continue to be proactive in identifying deserving cases within the terins of the Trust's
objectives, however the incidence of these will mean that expenditure may not b¢ consistent with income
each year.
