I report to the charty iTUStees on my examination of the accounts of the charity for the year endod 31 March
2023, which are set out on pages 5 10 9.

As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance the
requirements of the Charilles Act 20111'the Act.).
I report in r8spe¢t of my examination of the charitys accounts as carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145151{bl of the Act.
Independent examinerfs statement
Since the charivs gross income ex￿eded £250,OOD your examiner must be a fellow of a body listed in
section 145 of the 2011 Act.
I confirm that l am qualified to undertake the examination because l am a fellow of ACCA which is one of the
listed bodies.
