Staff are
struggling to teach and deal with a number of needs, including
challenging behaviour.
We have continued contracting speech and language therapists as the
waiting list is currently 12+ months. Also, extra dedicated staff to cope
with the diversity of the children’s needs across the Setting through
higher needs funding.
Lease issue is currently on-going despite correspondence with
landlords. An agreement in principle, which is manageable considering
we thought we would be facing a much higher monthly rent rate.
However, we were informed it would be a 12-month lease only. This is
not feasible for us moving forward with planning improvements,
seeking grants, fundraising goals or the security of jobs for our staff.|
