**Objects:** 1. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF SEACHANGE DEVON, A REGISTERED CHARITY, (FORMERLY THE BUDLEIGH SALTERTON HOSPITAL) TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.  2. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING NEEDS IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY WHICH MAY LIE OUTSIDE THE REMIT OF SEACHANGE DEVON.

**Activities:** Provide support for  ' Seachange '  Budleigh Salterton ( formerly Budleigh Salterton Hospital ) . Provide support via grants  to other organisations in the local area that can improve the health and wellbeing of the local community.
