## **Recruitment** 

There have been no staff changes this year. 

## **Committee Meetings** 

These have continued throughout the year and we value the support of the committee members in helping with fundraising for the setting. 

## **Fundraising/Events and Trips** 

Christmas - £215.50 Crayford Dogs Afternoon Tea - £324.40 Paypal - £707.41 – raised by one of our grandparents. 

In July we had a day trip to Swanley Park – A great day had by all. Lovely weather. 

## **Garden Area** 

Some work has been done to revamp parts of the garden. We had someone in to lay a decking area where it was all mud before. Also another smaller area has had bags of bark put into it.
