Roche Pre-School Playgroup

AGM 2022

## Managers’ Report

Our number of children has been gradually increasing. We now have 22 children on role, and we are currently predicting having 17 children in the start of the September term. Toddler group continues to be popular; it is good advertising and keeps our name out there both with word of mouth and on social media. It helps with cash flow and new children settling in.

In September we are planning to extend our hours in help parent/carers with working and time management.

Times planned:

Monday 8:15-2:30

Tuesday 8:15-2:30

Wednesday 8:15-12:15 (so we can continue to run our toddler group)

Thursday 8:15-2:30

Friday 8:15-2:30

These hours include a breakfast club and lunch club (other than no lunch club on Wednesdays)

We have made gradual improvements to build a positive reputation, this is developing, and we will continue to grow and make changes to adapt ourselves to suit the needs of our clients.

Our level of S.E.N has increased greatly, and our deputy has worked hard and put in place a clear tracking system. With in-depth ILP’S and open communication with parent/carers and professionals.

Our 3" practitioner has successfully completed her level 3, and our bank staff member is a level 2; this is building a highly qualified team.

Overall, we have made huge progress and we hope that this begins to reflect in our finances.
