The proceeds of these fund raising events have been used partly for donati)ns and community service projects, details of which are shown in the annual accounts. but a balance in hand amounting to £27.502 ha5 been retained for future distribution as and when requests are received. The charity's triistees consider that an aiidir is not required for this year under section 144{2J ol the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination isneeded.
