There ts no other person or body of persons entltled to appoint one or more charity trustees other than existlng trustees. The tharlty ts admlnlstered ty the Board and supported by a number of volunteers. All trustees of the charty are also directors. No payments were made to The Foundatlon in the current year (2023: NIL). The Trustees have no flnanclal interests in the charws results or assets. 14.
