To Provide Holidays For People Living With Or Recovering From Mental Illness And Those Providing Personal Assistance To People Living With Or Recovering From Mental Illness, Who Are Unable To Provide For Holidays Through Their Own Means. (2. To Provide For Such Special Facilities As Are Appropriate To The Needs Of Any Group Or Individual Fitting The Description In The Preceding Sub-Clause When On Holiday. (3. To Provide The Service Described Above Within The London Borough Of Bexley And Surrounding Districts. (4. To Expand And Develop The Service According To The Percived Needs Of People Living With Or Recovering From Mental Illness And Those Who Provide Them With Personal Assistance Whilst Having Due Regard To The Avoidance Of Unnecessary Duplication Of Any Comparable Services Provided Elsewhere.
