**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF MEMORIALS TO ESSEX POLICE PERSONNEL KILLED IN THE EXECUTION OF THEIR HAZARDOUS DUTY

**Activities:** The Trust operates within the Essex Police area and ensures that Officers and civilian employees who are killed in the line of duty are remembered. To that end, a roll of honour, a book of remembrance and a memorial stone have been placed at Police Headquarters Chelmsford in their memory. Other memorials situated within and outside the Essex Police area are also maintained.
