**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HEYSHOTT AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** The activities of the charity include the monthly lunch club for older people, support for the Heyshott Pre-School held in the hall on three days each week in term-time and acting as a focal point for village meetings and activities. Overnight accommodation is provided for walking groups and girl guides. The charity maintains three cottages and has an annual maintenance and repair programme for it
