**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF CARTMEL THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** We are a charity set up primarily to look after the local playground and to raise funds for improvement and repair. We have two annual events to raise funds. these are the Duck Race held every August bank holiday and a bonfire held in November. Other funding comes from danations and collection tins.
