Trustees Annual Report 2021
Marston Moretaine Village Hall
During 2021 the building was affected by the pandemic lock-down, so the Trustees took the opportunity to carry out maintenance and improvements to the hall internally and externally.
Projects and improvements completed include:

Roof repairs

New flooring
-
Fencing
-
New internal doors
-
Painting and decorating
-
Replaced infrared heating
-
New fire exit double glazed doors
Some grants funding was carried forward to 2022 for further planned works.
Towards the end of 2021, following resignations of some committee members, new committee members were actively sought to appoint for 2022 forwards.
Our accounts are not subject to annual audit or examination because our normal income (from hiring the building out) is not very high. Accounts will be reviewed in 2022 to find out if we might need external examination or audit in the future.
