Charitable actsvili
Tiptree Pre SclKM)I Playgroup is a registered charty pre school run
by an elected committee of volunteers. With three seth'ngs in
different parts of the Itillage. All are indeFEndent from the Primary
Schools, registered wtth and inspected by OFSTED and affiliated to
the Pre School Leaming Alliance.
Estsblished in 1 %2 it provides pl￿S for up to 150 children
between 2 and 5 years old and employs on average 29 staff. The
Milklene Presthool has been10￿￿ted within the grounds of Milldene
School Sin￿ 1992. OrKJinally in a class room then in a second
hand demourrtable which erected in 2002. 11 was fast getting
dose to ts sell by date and had seen tetter days so after 4 years
of pltyjghing through various levels of tapg and a lot of serious
fund raising wilh help from the Parish. co￿hester and Essex
County Councils to name a fthv, we were able to dear the site and
have an Integral Buihying erected in its place during the Summer
Holmlays and refitted ready for the New Tem to start on the 1
September 2014. Unfortunately to falliThJ numbers the URC
site closed in D￿fftbe[ 2019.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 AUGUST 2021. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
