Objects: To Help Young Offenders In Particular By The Advancement Of Their Education And Training And Through Their Leisure Time Activities To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities So That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Responsible Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved. To Provide Short Term Residential Accomodation And Support For Persons Who Are In Need By Reasons Of Being Young Homeless Offenders.
