## **ROTARY CLUB OF BRAMHALL & WOODFORD** _**Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended Thursday, June 30, 2022**_ -2- ## **EXAMINER'S REPORT TO** ## **ROTARY CLUB OF BRAMHALL & WOODFORD INCOME & EXPENDITURE FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2022** In accordance with the instructions given to me, I have examined, without carrying out an audit, the income and expenditure accounts set out on pages 3 to 5, reviewed the accounting records and considered the information and explanations supplied to me. No matter has come to my attention: - 1 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that the requirements to keep accounting records and to prepare accounts which comply with the Charities Act 1939 have not been met; or - 2 to which attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
