Trustees report for year ending 31[st] August 2021 

Being in national lockdown has been difficult, we reopened our setting in September 2021. Numbers of children have remained well with most coming back. Funding continued to pay so we were able to pay wages to staff. We have closed twice due to children testing positive and needing to isolate. 

As local schools are doing early intakes we have found this is still affecting us as children are leaving our setting earlier than normal. 

Child numbers are increasing from January 2021 and April 2021. We are now also able to offer the 30 hours which we have had a few children start. We’re hoping this will have a positive impact on our setting.
