In<br>order to do this,we employthe Pre-school|





|||Manager, Deputy Manager, ofce manager and<br>Early Years Practtoners who undertake joint<br>daily planning actvites to meet the needs and<br>interests of the children atending the setng.<br>This benefts the children in our care and<br>provides an afordable opton for local parents<br>who wish to work or study.<br>The Pre-school has a key person approach to<br>ensure that the progress and wellbeing of all<br>children is constantly monitored and fed into<br>future planning. We ensure that all staf are well<br>trained and able to meet the needs of the<br>children in our care. We listen to the views of our<br>children, parents and staf.<br>We encourage positve relatonships with parents<br>and carers. We welcome all children regardless<br>of personal background, faith, gender or personal<br>circumstances and celebrate Britain’s diversity of<br>culture and ethnicity. We believe this philosophy<br>of openness to all enriches the environment<br>through the sharing of life experiences.<br>We have policies and procedures in place for all<br>aspects of safeguarding, child protecton and<br>health and safety, and we use staf training days<br>and meetngs to ensure all staf are confdent in<br>these areas. We follow the recommendatons<br>ofered by Notnghamshire County Council and<br>the guidance available from the Pre-School<br>Learning Alliance.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|We remained a stable but proactve commitee<br>of dedicated volunteers throughout the year and<br>have now managed to secure new commitee<br>members to drive forward the future success of<br>the preschool which is thriving under new<br>management. The drive for new commitee<br>members will contnue with the view to replacing<br>volunteers more regularly going forward.<br>The new management team which was<br>implemented last year have setled into their<br>new roles and are working brilliantly, bringing<br>new ideas and energy to the setng. There have<br>been more trips and an increased uptake for our<br>holiday helps which are working closely with the<br>kids club at the adjoining school.<br>As always, the success of the preschool is a direct<br>result of the dedicaton and hard work of the<br>whole team of staf. Every member of staf is<br>dedicated to their role and truly loves working<br>with and developing the children in the setng.<br>Cranmer Pre-school were pleased to be able to<br>hold a graduaton for the summer leavers, which<br>was well atended and a nice opportunity for<br>parents to come in. This year there have been<br>many opportunites to welcome parents into the<br>setng, either to meet and talk with the staf or<br>to interactve with the children in their preschool,<br>these have included various themed stay and<br>play sessions.<br>There was a Christmas party held for the children<br>where they had the opportunity to meet Santa in<br>his groto and receive a gif – the turnout for this<br>event was brilliant, it was thoroughly enjoyed by<br>all.<br>The main fund-raising event of the year was the<br>fsh and chip team challenge, which saw a great<br>community turnout and raised signifcant funds<br>for the preschool.|

charity ('the Trust.) for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
